Can I buy a water cooler?
Yes, we do sell our coolers and filters. However using our hiring service means that you don’t need to do any of the ongoing maintenance work.

How can I keep my water cooler clean?
Although we provide servicing for your filters and cooler, you can still maintain your cooler with these daily basic steps. If you’d prefer purchasing your own cooler, it will be important for you to know how to care for it:
- Avoid storing your cooler in direct light.
- Empty the drip trays regularly (once a day).
- Make sure the bottle cover is always on the bottle.
- Brush away any dust settling on the cooler. This keeps the refrigeration working its best!
How do you care for your bottles?
As part of our water cooler rental service we will service the bottles, and this should be done regularly. However, it’s always important to keep the bottles stored in a cool, dry area with shelter from the sun.
Do you supply the bottled water?
We don’t deliver water for bottled coolers. We believe your costs can be significantly lowered by using your own supply, and your filters will do all the work in supplying clean and filtered water.
